What this site does with your data.
Written to be accurate rather than comprehensive. Everything below describes what the site actually does today, and nothing describes something it might do later.
Last updated 10 October 2026.
The short version
If you fill in the contact form, your name, email address and message are stored and emailed to Fouad Nasseredin and passed to the Admireworks client portal so he can reply. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you beyond the cases described below. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics, and no cookies set by this site. The Follow-Up waitlist, if you join it, sends your answers to the Admireworks portal.
The contact form
The form on the contact page asks for four things: your name, your email address, which description fits you, and a message. All four are required, and nothing else is captured from the form.
Submitting it does two things. The four fields, plus a timestamp and a status marker, are written to a Firestore database hosted by Google Cloud in a United States multi region. Immediately afterwards a small server function running in the Netherlands sends the same four fields to two mailboxes, fnasr@fnasr.com and fnasr@admireworks.com, through the email provider Resend, with the reply address set to the address you gave.
The same enquiry is also forwarded as a lead record to the Admireworks client portal at my.admireworks.com, so it reaches the team that follows up. The portal is sent your name, email address, message, the description you chose, which advisory option you came from and when you sent it.
The database rules allow the form to create a record and allow no one browsing this site to read, change or delete any record, including their own. Only Fouad and Admireworks, through administrative credentials, can read what was submitted.
It is used to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation that follows. It is not sold, not shared outside Fouad Nasseredin and Admireworks, and not added to a marketing list.
What this site does not do
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmap or session recorder, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies or trackers to agree to. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser; a YouTube video you choose to play on the Follow-Up page is the one exception, described below.
One honest detail rather than a comforting omission: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a request your browser makes directly to Google, so Google sees your IP address and browser details as part of serving the fonts. On the main pages it is the only third party your browser contacts. The Follow-Up page, described below, loads no Google Fonts and contacts YouTube or the Admireworks portal only when you press play, follow a link to YouTube, or send its form.
The site is hosted on Google Cloud behind a content delivery network, which keeps ordinary server logs of requests in the normal way any web server does.
The call link
The short link fnasr.com/call sends you on to the booking page. Each visit adds one to a daily count. To count each visitor once a day, the site keeps a one-way hash of your IP address mixed with that day's date, so it cannot be matched across days. It sets no cookie and does not keep your browser type or device. The one browser detail it does keep is the address of the page you came from, if your browser sends it, together with the tag in the link that says which post or message it was shared in. The tag is also passed on to the booking page, so if you book a call, the booking records which link you used. The count, the hash and the page address are not tied to your name or email.
The Follow-Up waitlist
The Follow-Up is a separate page at fnasr.com/follow-up for a video series about sales follow-up. It asks search engines not to list it and it is not in this site's sitemap. Its form asks for your name, email address, country, city, your role and the size of your sales team, and whether you would attend a first meeting that is paid for. Your WhatsApp number and a short written answer are optional. There are two tick boxes: one, required, to receive news about The Follow-Up, and one, optional, to hear from MOND as well. The form also sends any campaign tags that were in the address you opened (utm source, medium, campaign and content), a label for the wording you agreed to, fixed labels for the page language and the campaign round, and a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors leave empty.
When you press send, your browser posts the form straight to the Admireworks client portal at my.admireworks.com. It does not pass through this site's server or its database. Admireworks stores it and processes it on behalf of Fouad Nasseredin. It is used to send you news about The Follow-Up by email or WhatsApp and to see who is interested, and only if you ticked the MOND box, to tell you about MOND. Like any web server, the portal also sees your IP address and browser details when you send the form.
The page lists four episodes on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play on an episode. Then the page loads that video from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, so YouTube sees your IP address and browser details and its own terms apply to the video, and YouTube may store its own data in your browser once the video plays. The "open on YouTube" links contact YouTube only if you follow them. Apart from that and the form, the page itself makes no third party requests, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
To see, correct or delete what you submitted, email fnasr@fnasr.com. The Follow-Up page also lists hello@admireworks.com for the same requests. Deletion covers the record held in the Admireworks portal. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask for them to be deleted; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
If you were sent a personalised link
Some people receive a private link to a page at a long random address. That page records how far down it was scrolled, roughly how long it was open, and whether it was opened on a phone. The random address is generated and is not derived from your name, your email address or anything else about you, and the page is excluded from search engines.
It exists so the sender knows whether the document was read. If you would rather it did not, say so at the address below and the link will be retired.
Keeping and deleting
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as there is a working relationship or a reasonable prospect of one. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing fnasr@fnasr.com. Deletion covers the stored record on this site and the lead record in the Admireworks portal. Email already delivered to a mailbox is deleted separately on request.
